Enjoy the fresh air while cycling along a creek and through the vineyard-covered slopes above Verona on a mostly flat route. Hop off your bike at the winery and learn about Valpolicella wine making heritage by a professional sommelier or winetaker of the winery.
You will sit around the table, and sip a selection of prized local wines. One of these being the fragrant Valpoicella, a light wine, typically made using corvine, rondinella, and molinara grapes. Contrast the Valopicella’a light character with the intense flavors of the most famous Amarone wine.
